I got an SMS from Skynet/Unisa on 9 July saying my books will be delivered within 5 days. I assume business days, so 16 July. I phoned them on the 17th to query why I haven't received my parcel. The call centre operator said he will send an e-mail to the Elandsfontein branch to tell them to dispatch it and I will receive it in a day or two. On Wednesday (24 July), I received a call at 17:30 from the courier who said they can't find my address. After querying them (and having to phone them back) we established they were in the wrong suburb in the correct town. They also had my street number wrong. I live about 10km away and I tried to direct them. I phoned again about 30 minutes later to ask where they are and figured out they turned away from my house at some point and I redirected them again. They would've arrived about 10 minutes later, but they never did. I kept calling with no answer. Next morning the status on my delivery was updated to "Waybill returned: No-one at home" LIE! It is now 12 business days later, no delivery. No answer on either phone numbers (call centre or Elandsfontein branch) since yesterday afternoon and I am tired of holding and still don't have my books!
