Not keeping Service/Repair Appointments

My lights on keypad went off. Contacted ADT call centre. Appointment for "technician"to come out could only be made FOUR days later and to top it all I was asked to pay R200.00 for technician to come out The reason for the R200.00 is because they have to service their vehicles. When this was challenged the call centre agent, per advice from his manager agreed that the R200.00 was not going to be levied on this occasion.
When the appointed time came for the service I received a telephone call from a Hannes who was allegedly telephoning from Cape Town. He informs that his technicians can not come out because they are in a meeting, then they were in a training course.
After waiting for four days then I have to be given the run around for a service which is a contractual obligation is not acceptable.
I would like to add that at every petrol price increase (which happens very often in a year, ADT fees are increased and the public is being milked for fear of home invasions.
