Very Poor Service

I contacted HTN 2 days ago 2 arrange a debit order for 1 of my accounts (I already have an existing debit order with them for R200 pm) the lady I spoke 2 started asking about my account (with Foschini) & told me what my installment amount with them was & asked what I would be paying so I said R200 a month which she said I cant as their minimum debit order amont is R300 so I said I can't pay that & I have another arrangemnt with them that I'm paying R200 so why can't I do it with this 1 so she said I can't & if I dont want 2 meet halfway they will garnish my salary 2 which I asked how Im not meeting halfway if I requested this & am willing 2 pay so if I can only afford R200 what must I do so she said "Its not her problem & I must figure it out" I asked 2 speak 2 a manager as shes rude & not helpful so she said with pleasure, I spoke 2 a lady who I explained it all to, she checked my account 2 see & confirmed I am paying that & she can arrange it with this one, she put me back through 2 this rude consultant who was even more rude by not asking all the relevant questions but put it all through. Im shocked by this & suggest staff training on public relations! I have emailed HTN as well
