17h00* On Friday I came home and found out that the light are out. I bought R200 electricity voucher on Wednesday night and there was no way my lights will be out. I called the Tshwane Call centre and I was given ref: 427/16. I have a birthday of my daughter today 17/08/2013 and I bought perishable good for her birthday.
21h30 * I went to the Rosslyn depot to ask them to help me. The security told me that there was no one on standby. And the problem will be sorted out on Monday. Since the standby ends at 22h00, I called the Call centre again and I was told that the lead time to repair is 48 hrs. 09h00 -Saturday @ 09h00 -[17/08/2013] I went again to the depot and I was told that they will call the supervisor to call the technician to fix the problem. Whilst I was there I met a technician whom I asked to contact the area technician to help me. He was driving a white bakkie [ EL1016]. At 10h00 I called the call centre again to ask them to help since the food I have bought for the birthday is getting rotten. I spoke to Peter who assured me that he will call the supervisor to call the technician AT HOME to come and sort the problem. I'm really disappointed
