UNPAID INVOICE ADT SLEEPING

I took a lease on a shop with an existing alarm in dec 2012. adt did initial callout and test. after christmas jan 2013, i had an extra panic button installed. the service person gave me the invoice. i asked about the payment of the invoice and he mentioned that it would automatically go off with my month debit order, in approx 3mths time, a s was a new member. now 6 mths later and i have had no statement from adt and i get a letter that this amount R200.64 is unpaid and they will hand over to legal dept in 7days. bad service and a total annoyance. i have had to check last 7 mths bank accs and had to call ADT. extra work for me. i am now dealing with madeleaine in Hartbespoort, regarding paying this amount by eft.
