On the 19th of April, I logged a request for a technician to come out and fix the jack unit which is broken, informed the call centre agent that she is to please inform the technician to not come un-announced as an arrangement needs to be made for someone to be home. Monday I call the agent and she informs me that the Tech came out Sunday, WHEN WE ARE AT CHURCH! No call made clearly. I call again today to inform them that the call has not been made to resolve the query, she then rather informs me that the line has now been suspended and i informed her, what is the use of paying when we cannot make use of the system? No answer! The agent then states that someone tried calling the account holder so make an arrangement to meet and fix yesterday however the mobile was off. I asked what number did they call, they give an incorrect number and I then said SUPRISINGLY the REF # SMS was sent to the correct number but your tech calls the wrong number, she then states, regardless, nobody will come till payment made!!! Like really, if the error was fixed then payment will be made but the fault reporting call centre and technicians are INCOMPETENT! Another phone service is needed in this country!
