Unable to increase my limit

On Sat 22 June 2013, I called the Cell C call centre to have my limit increased, due to the sms I have been recieving, which states that I must call 140 to increase my limit, due to the amounts available being almost finished. I was told by the call centre agent that she has increased my limit by the R100, as per my request. However, nothing has been done. I called the call centre again this morning (26 June 2013), after finding out that I donot have any available amounts left to make a call. The agent told me that she is increasing it by R200, as per my request, then she says she is only able to increase it by R50, and will log a call with her manager to add the other 50's... which did not make sense to me, after putting me on hold for several minutes at a time, she tells me that I donot qualify for a limit increase and I need to wait a further 2 months, as I am a new contract customer. Firstly, If I knew this was a condition with Cell C, i would have not taken up the contract with them, And secondly, why am I receiving the sms' stating that I should call 140 to increase my limit, especially if I donot qualify??

Terribly and utterly disappointed with Cell C!!!
