Outsurance
Will beat any quote or pay you R200, but wait

I moved my insurance to Outsurance when they first started their campaign of paying 200 Rand if they could not beat your current insurers premium in order to save a few hundred Rand per month. However since doing that they have twice increased my premium by a substantial amount and then every time I have to phone and query and speak to somebody in retentions to get a more acceptable premium. Today I want to change my address from a house which has no security to a house which has full security and they want to increase my premium instead of decreasing it. The call centre operator can not give me a valid reason why, is it a question of more security means more money or less security means that I am a lower risk.
