I logged a request on your website at 15:30 on 24 July 2013. I immediately received an automated response with my ticket number as a reference (E60F4EF51FD52). I heard nothing for 5 days and then emailed [Email Removed] (including the above reference number) at 07:30 on 29 July. Still nothing.
A day later, I called your call centre and was told I should just wait because a week was "not very long" and I shouldn't expect a response so "soon".
It's now 13 days later and I've still received no response.
Your entire business revolves around customer service - for emergencies in a lot of cases. I admit, this was not an emergency, but how can I trust your emergency response to be good if it takes 2 weeks to get back to me?

I'd like it known that this was a services cancellation request. But the reason I wanted to cancel was because a week before that, I had called to ask you for a quote to upgrade my whole system. No-one ever got back to me. I have since had a competitor install my new system and I'm moving to their response services too. So you have lost both a system upgrade and an armed response contract because of poor service.
