ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE TO CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I have contacted 8ta's call centre on 18 May 2013 in order to give timely notice to my Internet 5 Promo that expires 16 July 2013.
I was told to eMail my request to [Email Removed] which I did on 20 May 2013.
On 21 May I received an eMail from 'Felicia Mukeri' in which my matter was forwarded to Retention with the simple words "please assist".
This was the last communication I have received from 8ta.
I have emailed again on 3 June 2013, no response
I have eMailed again on 7 June 2013, no response
I have eMailed again on 11 June 2013, no response
I went to the Cavendish Square 8ta branch on 15 Jun 2013 and asked to shed light on the non-responsiveness,
All the store employee was able to do, was to send another request for confirmation of cancellation to [Email Removed] from his desk.
Naturally, there was absolutely no response since.
The case number the shop employee opened was 624 6653.

This is beyond infuriating - I am EXTREMELY enraged by the indifference 8ta treats its customers with.
I demand a confirmation of my cancellation within the next 2 business days.
