Cancellation of contract not actioned

I have been trying to cancel my ADT contract since December 2012. I called the call centre and the agent gave me an email address [Email Removed] on which to formalise the contract cancellation. I sent a number of emails (the initial one on the 18 Dec, and some follow up emails Dec 29 and Jan 04) and never got a response from this email. I then called the call centre again, only to be informed that I was given an incorrect email address and that the email address does not work. I was told that my query had not been logged anywhere on ADT's systems (I can give you the relevant call reference for this call). This agent then gave me another email address [Email Removed] only to get an automated response saying that the email address was not valid. I called again the call centre and was then given another email address [Email Removed] where I forwarded my initial emails and still got no response. In the meantime while all of this is happening, my account is still being debited for services I no longer receive as I have uninstalled the alarm system. The 30 days notice has passed but my account is still being debited. Please assist urgently.
