I am disappointed by the late response of the Helpdesk and response in general on the Exclusive books / fanatics Club sites.
I have sent 2 queries recently and the first query took 10 days to get a response. Email sent on 9 July and response received this morning 19 July
The second request haven't been attended to as yet. This request was regarding the Tracking of a parcel ordered also on 9 July. ( request sent 15 July) Tthere is no way to see on the system where the books are and if they are on order, have arrived at the branch etc. REF 1040262022.
I have joined Fanatics Club, but if this is the slow, response and service we get, I don't think I want to be part of the Club anymore!
