STILL no response after complaining!

My previous report:
I am moving into my first house and am trying to get an armed response system as I may be away on business and leave my fiance alone. I asked ADT for a quote and I received no response. I've now waited 8 days. If this is how they are with e-mails, I'd hate to see how slow they are with armed response. Thoroughly disappointed, this is just pathetic.

I was called and told that I would be sent a quote for the different services. I have still received nothing from ADT and am no closer to getting any products from them. I don't understand why it is so difficult to follow up with e-mails.

ADT - if you ever do get hold of me, please do it via e-mail, don't bother calling me again, I am sick of empty promises over the phone where I have no evidence!
