Poor response to request to change bank details

I am wanting to change my billing details for my armed response service with ADT and called the contact centre to find out how to do it. I was advised to mail [Email Removed] with my request. I did so on the 3rd October and two weeks later have not received a response. I also mailed to confirm two days ago and once again, no response. This is a ridiculously long time to get any kind of follow-up!
