Billed for faulty radio

An amount of R228 was deducted from my account on 09 August, this after a lady manager in Technical complaints called on 01 Aug to assure me that the charge for call will be reversed as radio problem wasn't mine, and said she'll call me back to confirm the battery issues; SHE NEVER CALLED AGAIN. A gentlemen called John Labuschagne from control room also called same day, assured me that charge HAS been reversed, & he'll give me feedback on patrol I was promised that never happened, HE NEVER called again. I'M DISGUSTED!!
This relates to previous complaints that I raised, they call and do not deliver s they promise. If there was no contract I woud cancel now as I am fedup with their service.
