POOR SERVICE!!!

For the past over 2 weeks I have been attempting to get someone at ADT to acknowledge my cancellation notice sent through and arrange for the radio link to be taken out and no one in the entire company has the decency to actually respond to me or sort anything out. I never get called back despite numerous calls and promises and the new thing is to cut me off when I ask to speak to a manager. Why is this such a battle and are you refusing to do your jobs at the request of customers. I cannot get my deposit back from the landlord due to your company not doing as instructed and i know that I am going to be billed an extra month for nothing as this has gone one so long. This is a clear reflection of the service of ADT since the start I have had and recommend to anyone to rather use someone else as you get no customer care nor service from ADT. I am furious at the blatant lack of any attempt to satisfy customer needs. Be surprised if you even have the courtesy to reply to this complaint. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY!!!
