Completely ignored by ADT

For a company whose business model on quick response, I am dismayed, disheartened and thoroughly disgruntled by the APPALLING service offered (or not) by ADT. We recently moved house and called ADT to move with us. To cut a long story short, from the moment the call was made it has been a charade. The sales person came two weeks after he was booked. The technician was also two weeks late (after numerous calls) and when he did come, he only did half a job and promised to come back the next day (which he never did). Needless to say, we cancelled our contract - or have attempted to! We have called SIX TIMES and have got nowhere. We have emailed twice, posted on their Facebook page and now posted on hellopeter TWICE. No one has got back to us to resolve this. It is abundantly clear that ADT just do not care about their customers - just what you need from a security company!
