Backup battery replacement / damage to garage doo

On the 31st May Genie installed a replacement battery pack which overheated within 2 days. Over two weeks two more packs where installed after which Genie realised that there was first a manufacturing fault and then that the battery packs provided where the wrong ones.

At the last attempt the engineer disconnected the garage mechanism from the selling, subsequently damaging the garage door/mechanism and leaving a visible gap between the garage door and the ceiling (light entering in).

Genie promised to rectify the issues by 21/06 which they still have not rectified. Poor communication and poor service. Would not recommend, considering that it is now 27 days to simply replace a battery pack.
