BOND COVER CANCELLATION

I`ve been on numerous occasions tried cancelling my bond cover with the above mentioned consultants, I have forwarded the necessary cancellations documents to them and not even one of them had the decency to acknowledge my cancellation request via email or telephone. Instead they keep debiting my bank account even after requesting for cancellation. Everytime I call their call centre, it`s one excuse after the other it`s seems like betterlife`s staff are well trained to to their clients, the minute I start mentioning "cancellation" then the call got cut off. There`s no superior or manager available to attend to their clients queries and complaints telephonically. I will never in my life recommend this insurance company to anyone, their service is EXTREMELY PATHETIC.
