I bought an Iphone 4 on contract with FNB.

I received the device on the 18/02/2013 and realised the same day that is faulty.

When I called FNB, I had the disadvantage of getting through to all the incompetent people.
After numerous phone calls FNB referred me to the courier company and said that I should arrange with them to collect the phone. Not sure how this works as the deal is with FNB, but called the courier company anyway. (Core Service Centre) Turns out they're even worse! After insisting to speak to a Manager, Vumela (person working there) refused that I speak to a Manager.

Two weeks had past and all FNB can say is I should arrange with the courier company and the courier company says I should speak to FNB.
There's nothing more frustrating than staff that don't know how to do their job.

It's now 4 weeks and I'm still sitting with the faulty device! All I want is to cancel this contract!

In between this struggle in getting the phone replaced or even the contract cancelled, as there's nothing I can do with the phone, IPHONE actually asked me to rate their service. products etc. I obviously rated it poor! But yet nothing happened from their side as well!
