Having lodged my complaint to SAA on the 6th January, the company has not even had the decency to respond or acknowledge receipt as requested. Stubborn or couldn't't care less attitude certainly does not bode well. I will, if still no feedback by this week Monday, will endeavour to phone head office and attempt to speak to 'someone in authority' - sad thing is that they sit pretty and expect call centre agents to fix their mess and indifference towards customers. So sad and am not proud of my national carrier. Please SAA, wake up before it is too late and you become a third rate airline! Start caring about your customers and be Proudly South African!
