Installers not willing no come late afternoon

I was previously with a small security company and now joined ADT... the previous security company was willing to install my link up radio after 5pm, as i could not get out of the office... When I ask ADT installers to come at 4:30 to install the link up they told me that they will NOT do it at 4:30 and the latest they can do it is 4:30... why is it that I need to struggle with such a big, international security firm to arrange for after hours? Surely you commonly find that nobody is at home during the day and cant get out of the office and ask for after hours? I had to practically insist on 4:30, and no my concern is that they will do a rush job and provide me with poor service. I wanted to join as I heard good things about ADT, but this first impression was not good...
