Fast n Furious more like slow and horrendous

They phoned to arrange delivery and assured us it will be delivered on the said day... 3 days later and now they to us saying that they were here but our phone was off after we arranged with them that we pushed back an appointment! Customer service from this so called professional courier is horrendous to say the least. The one guy that phoned doesn't even speak English! What is the standard of hiring at this place! Avon needs new courier service and fast! I hear a lot of people are choosing to go with other companies because of this fast n furious courier service's amateur service being delivered. The simple fact of lieing to a customer is unprofessional and a serious cause for concern! They should start focussing on customer service and being professional at what they are supposed to do, instead of lieing to their customers and make false promises! This is a let down company and i wouldn't prefer them to any one, until they get their act together.
