Paid my account today (37690042). Tried contacting DSTV's call cente for 4 times, got through once, and that to the Box Office accounts department. After being put through to the correct accounts department, the person on the other side took 3 tries to get my id number correct... REALLLY!!! After getting a bit annoyed with this person, he disconnected the call. I want to know how many call centre agents does it take to resolve a payment update issue and who is going to reimburse me for the time spent trying and holding the line for someone to pick up. You sell your services as excellent but in actual fact it truly and utterly!!! I want to speak to a senior manager, not a call centre manager and I want this person that disconnected the call on me be reprimanded. I want some answer and quick!!!
