This is now 3 months that I'm begging Chubb via posts on their website to supply me with their banking details to allow me to pay my monthly contract fee vie EFT from my Savings account, but it seems that Chubb is rendering free services for customer who have been with them for the past 16 years.

If this is not the case, can someone please supply this information to me. I really, really want to pay you guys.
