No explanation of T&C's, ripping off custome

My mother who is a pensioner, signed an agreement with ADT security, for R48.00 per month.
During the term of the contract, as finances were getting tight, she gave them notice on the contract - 20 days as per the terms and conditions.
The T&C's do state that there MAY be penalties should she terminate the agreement, but do not state what these would be.

At no point of time, when the salesman sold her the contract, did he explain the terms and conditions and he certainly did not point out, that should she terminate the agreement, she would have to pay R706.00 to remove the aerial and cancel the contract. This is nearly half of her monthly pension. This is shocking and unethical.
If you are selling something to a pensioner, explain the terms and penalties clearly, so they know what they are getting into.
The call centre person, called Esra, was rude, disinterested and had a very bad attitude.
There is no way of picking up the MD's details off the web site. His name is Martin Kriel and he is clearly not interested in client service, just making money out of anyone, including financially stretched pensioners.
