Unacceptable Service - DON'T USE AUTOPAGE

Telecommunications

We have been a corporate client for as long as cellphones have been around and I am trying to add a phone/line to our account.

The store staff tried their best to get me the deal I wanted and after 2 weeks managed to get it loaded onto the system. (2 Weeks!!! but at least they tried), but the deal would only be available for 24 hrs?!?

They then tell me I need to resubmit all the corporate documents again (even though we are an existing customer account with a long record). Seriously - just look on your records for the last 20yrs! It reeks of call centre "computer says no' mentality where loyal customers are given the finger. Not once was I even asked for my account number?!?

I then tried calling the accounts department and the corporate accounts department and am told that the entire department are not available due to an 'internal issue'! I asked to speak to the head of the department and was cut off - clearly just a call centre that can't give a. The guys I did speak to were rude and unhelpful.

So Autopage - what are you going to do about it?
