OVERCHARGED 2 MONTHS IN A ROW

In December 2012 we replaced our 2nd decoder registered on extra view with another PVR, which means we have 2 PVR's and registered on extra view. When we did the registration with DSTV I asked them if there are any extra charges and they said no. But then we got a message to say we owe another R65. When I phoned the call centre the consultant said they overcharged me for a PVR and that he would reverse it. In Jan the same thing. Again they said they will reverse it. 2 days later I get an sms stating that if I don't pay the R65 they will disconnect me. When I phoned the call centre they tell me that it's the accounts department who made the mistake and I shouldn't pay the R65 as they overcharged me. When I asked what they're going to do about it, he said I must wait 7 days for a journal to go through. It's now been 10 working days and according to them I still owe it. I've phoned and asked to speak to someone in the accounts department to sort out this mess, but I was told no-one is allowed to speak to them, I must liase through the call centre... That would help if the call centre actually did something about my problem. Am I gonna have this issue every month now???!!!
