I have cancelled my policy with Budget insurance on 29 August and was told by the gentleman that i will get an email to prove that my policy has been cancelled.
I have been waiting all the time and no email. this morning i wake up and get an sms from my bank stating that Budget took a monthly installment from my bank account after i have cancelled my policy with them.
I kept calling from 8am to try and sort this out but no luck. I dail their call centre number, get put through to accounts department but then the line gets cut. i have called about 10 times and still could not get through to budget insurance accounts department to sort this matter out.
i don't know what to do anymore. this is terrible service from their call centre and the accounts department.
I'm so glad i switched to another insurance company.
