4 months and alarm still not sorted

You can't get through to real people in the technical section at ADT. In desperation this week I have phoned four times to speak to someone senior and have been promised that the above person would call me back. I have had no returned call. The technical staff who have attended have been polite. However the problem remains. And now I am being billed for an overactive alarm. And to think I changed to ADT.
