My current ADT alarm system is triggered everyday due to technical issues with the system which I rent from ADT. A technician has been to my house twice, first time saying nothing is wrong with the system and the second saying that I have a faulty sensor and replacing it. After which nothing has been resolved and yet my alarm system still goes off repeatedly. I have now escalated this matter to the technical manager whom I was told was going to get back to me within a day. It is a week later and still no response. After numerous follow ups all I am being told is that he will call me back. I was even put through to his extension and he did not answer. All the while I am being told by ADT that I will be charged additional charges on my rental because of excessive false alarm. It makes absolute no sense that I can be billed more for a faulty alarm system that I RENT from ADT and they are refusing to maintain. The level of service from this technical manager (Who's name I have forgotten for the moment) is absolutely pathetic and I am getting to a point where I will take my business elsewhere because clearly ADT does not need it.
