My mother signed a contract with ADT but now she is not working so i offered to pay on her behalf now because she was in arreas she had an arragement to pay R400 but instead of taking the money they agreed on they are deducting more i phoned and i was told to give a month notice i should email which i did But the reply from this Shantel said i can not cancell. I phoned and explained to her why i wanted to cancell she told me that, i can not cancell i should buy my contract, but i told her that i was not working they she said there is nothing she can do and i can not cancell the contract.
