Not responding to alarms although alarm works

Ending my contract with ADT due to breach of contract on their side. Alarm goes off on week 1, they phone. Week 2 alarm goes off again, they don't phone. Week 3 alarm goes off again, they phone. I phoned to ask why they have not phoned and nobody can give me a straight answer. I have the alarm checked and tested no problem found. I've given them a months notice via e-mail and funny enough since I've e-mailed my cancellation they phone immediately when the alarm is triggered... Now they want to charge me R1800 cancellation fee. I've spoken to numerous consultants but not one SENIOR staff member can tell me when and where we can sit down and have a meeting. I cannot continue wasting time during working hours on this and require a once off meeting with either a senior member or share holder that can give me a straight answer as to how this issue can be resolved.
