No update when 2 month old alarm will be repaired

On Tuesday my alarm stopped working called ADT (0861212100, technical dept) on Wednesday was promised that someone will call me back as soon as the installer replies to an email due to the alarm still being under warranty. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I've spoken to Jade, Anile, Johnathan, Nicolette, Subra and a few others all telling me that they will call back with an update and no one calls. When I ask to speak to the technical supervisor I get put on hold for 10 or more minutes and the call is cut. All I want to know is when can a technician come through and someone to contact the install by phone instead of always telling me an email was sent. Should their be any incident at my home they will be held responsible.
