False Alarm

For the last 3 months now the alarm in our storage goes off and we asked the ADT technical support to come and upgrade the system Every time the alarm goes off the control room calls, a message is left to the technical department to contact us to meet us on sight to upgrade the system. No response yet. It is very disappointing that the technical department is not responding. Additional we are also waiting for them to do some work at a private home. If the control room gets paid by the outbound calls they have to make to inform their customers when an alarm goes off I am sure we paid at least one salary. Whenever we get a phone call we get promised someone will contact us but nothing happens, I am sure with this not much will be done again but at least it is worth a try.
