Unauthorised Debit orde

An amount of R544.50 is being deducted on the first of each month-Jan-April-
They asked for proof I sent copies of my FNB account
There response was these are useless
Fnb contacted them -still no response from Multichoice
They have subsequently cut me off.
I want my account credited or a refund
Very poor service. Cant speak to any of the senior managers.
