Doesn't Refund Incorrect Debit Orde

On 5 April 2013 I've complained to Multichoice for deducting R1, 271.72 from my account even though I did not have an active service for more than two years. After long conversations en emails, on 11 April 2013 Multichoice admitted the mistake and that "We have picked up that the service was automatically reinstated by the system. We will refund the amount which was deducted from your bank account. A refund will take 7-14 working days to process." (Abigail Madonsela)

On 29 April 2013 I followed up since I only received half the refund and got the response that "Kindly be advised that we have captured a journal awaits for approval from our Accounts Department." (Thato Molefe).

On 6 May 2013 I followed up again and received an "Kindly note that the refund is pending approval, we can not give you an exact date as it is now with the Accounts Department." (Nonkululeko Zulu).

Multichoice WRONGLY took MY money and has been sitting on it for MORE than a MONTH now. Their "service philosophy which includes a customer-focused policy" is not worth scrap - will wrongly take money without asking and does not care about paying it back.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. Ever.
