At the end of June2013 I made an electronic transfer into the multichoice account in lui of my DSTV subscription, forgetting that I had schedule a payment for the 1st of July to go off for the same reason. This meant I had paid my subscription twice for the month of July. At the end of July I made the same mistake again, and only became aware when the scheduled payment went off. This now meant I had 2 months worth of credit of subscription.

I then contacted Multichoice to request a refund. They acknowledged receipt of these payments and requested my banking details which I forwarded to them. I was told that I would receive my refund within 14 days, which I wasn't happy with but accepted. The lady I spoke to also tried to convince me to get a debit order with them, to which I assertively declined.

To my surprise this morning I received an sms stating that my debit order details have not been verified and that I should send them my banking details. I then contacted them again today, and they confirmed that they were loading a debit order. I DO NOT want a debit order effected to my account all I want is my refund.
