Query on billing since January and refund

Ive been having a problem with my account since the beginning of the year and up to this date no joy. Ive called the call center so many times but no one seems to have fixed the problem i had as always my services kept being disconnected and whoever i spoke to had to start my query all over again.

The problem started with an amount of R500 that was paid incorrectly into a wrong account, but however this was rectified by ABSA and credited into Mutlichoice account which in more than 1 occassion i did send proof. The last time I spoke to a lady by the name of Olga who again I forwared proof of payment and she said she was to send it to Allocation departments, and that as per debit order agreement Mutichoice was to deduct R178 on the 1st April but to my suprise they deducted R950.??? And I was to get the R100 off discount

I keep calling sending emails with no response and they promise to call me back which they never did. This morning i get an email from them that they located the R500 and they will credit it into my Multichoice account, and i clearly said they should refund into my bank account as it was easy for them to debit my account. Also the R100 debit order insentive
