It has been 1 year 6 months now and still my Multichoice account has not been credited with amount that was paid into the incorrect account.

Below is the response I received from Multichoice on 28 June 2013.

Thank you for your email.

We have requested for the amount of R187.80 to be credited into your DStv account. The transaction is pending approval. Your account will be at a zero balance after the above amount is credited into your DStv account.

Time after time, I contact them to find out why this has not been done but nobody has answers. I am always told that it will escalated but they never give feedback. I am tired of requesting feedback and nothing gets done about this.
