Did not meet requirements, Failed to pay Refund!

My family and I 'clubbed together' to book her venue (33 Anderson South Road, Joostenbergvlakte Kraaifontein) for our annual family new year's get-together. She made promises that she DID NOT keep. She promised plastic pools will be set up for the kids, a fridge will be available outside and her garage could be used as a changing room or for prayer time. Instead, there was dog poop everywhere, her swimming pool was merky and dirty, she did not even come out of her house to greet or welcome us, she sent a family friend to deal with us. She was rude and arrogant and certainly not very professional at her own business. After 30 min we left and wanted our money back, she refused to refund us in full and said SHE will only give back 50% (Although SHE was the one in breach of contract!).
Till today I have been emailing and calling her and she still did not refund me! She is unprofessional, dishonorable and discreditable.

People like that will always wonder ''why does everything go wrong in my life! '' ... How about sticking to your promises LADY!
