Captured a complaint regarding money deducted incorrectly from my account after I have indicated to the incompetent call centre agent not to add any additional expenses to my profile. However, the incompetent call centre did so. As per the complaint captured on https:///multichoice/complaints/money-debited-from-account-just-as-they-want-to-1046696, donald indicated he will provide feedback. No feedback, no indication what will happen with the money deducted incorrectly from my account and how I can stop my debit order with dstv, to ensure they just don't do as they wish. Question is, donald.. when will I get feedback???
