More than double debited on my account

There was an amount of R1539.72 debited from my account. My husband called on the 8 feb to cancel our old decorder as it had been struck by lightning. However the account was not corrected. I called and spoke to lerato yesterday, she sad they would listen to the call on the 8th feb and will let me know in 24 hrs about the outcome. I am still waiting.my usual subscription is R682.22.I am very disappointed in the service which i have recieved from dstv/multichoice as it is so easy to take out extra from my account but the time when we query this then we must wait and wait and get no feedback. I want the money to be put back into my bank account, failing which i am cancelling my DSTV subscription and moving over to TOP tv. I am sure they value their clients much more. When we spoke to the consultant on the 8th (matilda) she assured everything was in order. I need an answer ASAP. I expect someone to call me back regarding this matter and after listening to the voice recordings on the 8th feb. Lerato assured me that someone will contact me within 24 hrs.i have called again and emailed a complaint and this is my last resort.

As i am writing tis complaint I am on the phone with DSTV :(
