Multichoice have been debiting my account without my consent. I used to have a DSTV acc that has since been deactivated. Almost R2000 has been taken from my acc and I have called the call centre 5 times to see what the problem is.

Each time I have called I have been met with a "I don't really care" attitude and have been told "that there is no way to look into this". One call centre staff member even told me that the inbound call centre telephones are't able to able make an outbound call!!?? What a ridiculous lie!?

With the amount that DSTV users pay I would expect someone to call me back when requested and also for me not have to submit a complaint in writing because this can only be dealt with in writing?!

I don't think I have had such bad service since I stopped using Telkom!!
