Incorrect debit order and INCOMPETENT service

I have agreed to a debit order of R165 per month as from 1 Feb, and R292 was deducted off my account on 1 Feb, even though the call centre agent assured me that my account was up to date and that only R165 would be deducted. I have now made THREE calls to the call centre to resolve this. On the first call, the agent put the phone down in my ear when she could not assist me. On the second call, I held for 25 minutes and STILL NO ONE PICKED UP. The third call was picked up, the agent was UTTERLY RUDE and the call lasted for 35 minutes, after which my problem was STILL not resolved. I have requested the supervisor to call me back, which up to now has not yet happened.
I AM VERY DISSATISFIED, as they know they have us by the short and curlys. You either have dstv and put up with their nonsense, or you dont and put up with SABC's nonsense. Your choice... Nice!!!
I DO NOT ONLY WANT A RESPONSE HERE, I WANT TO BE CALLED BACK ON MULTICHOICE's EXPENSE!!!
