I subscribed to multichoice about two months ago and contacted the call centre, where I was assisted by a male consultant that took all my particulars and also my account details for the debit order instructions. I explained that my debit order must be effective on the last day of the month and this was not done effectively as the consultant assumed that the debit order must run on the 25th of every month. This is incorrect and as a result multichoice debited me on the 25th and not on the last day as agreed resulting in additional bank fees and reconnection fees, also a loss on the debit order promo for multichoice that is R100 off the first successful debit order and on top of that disconnection from dstv service. I emailed dstv and received a complaint reference no. 3499342, was assisted by Boitumelo Motsoikha who said that he will get a audio log of the agreement and get back to me. Its been more than 72hours (turn around time) and I weren't contacted at all, needless to say that when trying to call the call centre there's no joy at all as you hold on forever. Today I made another payment manually as the debit order problem weren't resolved and I'm still disconnected from dstv.
