On 30 April I called the call centre to stop my debit order and to cancel my sevices with DSTV. I was assured that it has been stopped and that the debit order was cancelled. But on 4 May I was surprised to see that the debit order did in fact go through. I phoned on 6 May to inquire as to why it went through, but was told not to warry they will refund me my money back, I just have to wait 7 days. On 13 May I phoned and they told me to be patient. On 15 May I phoned again and they told me the previous person captured it wrong and that I have to wait another 7 days. On 24 May I phoned AGAIN!!! Again I was told to wait another few days!!! I'm sick and tired of waiting and wasting my money to phone the call centre and having to deal with people who are clearly incompetent of doing their jobs. It has been 16 WORKING days from the first time I phoned them. How long will they keep me waiting for my money? I want them to pay me a penalty fee for my money and not giving it back. I think I should add interest as well. If you don't pay them on time they stop your services and you have to pay a penalty. I think that should go both ways.
