On 22 April 2013 Multichoice debited R798.72 from my account. On 23 April at about 7:15 am i called the call centre to enquire what the money is for as i am on Compact package that cost me around R285. I was informed that i have 2 decoders connected which was not true. I was told that i requested my PVR and normal decoder to be connected which was incorrect. Mishumo who i was talking to also dropped the call on me. When i asked for a refund since i was incorrectly billed i was told the call will be listened to and i will be given feedback in 48hrs. I called to enquire after 48hrs and spoke to Pumla who said she will escalate and get back to me the next day. I didnt receive feedback and i called again after 7 days still no feedback just being pushed from pillar to post. To this day i still dont have feedback or refund. to top it all calling Multichoice costs me more than a R100 on airtime as i sometimes have to hold for more than 30 minutes.
