Overcharged, but not rectified

I pay my DSTV bill via a debit order - for many years already. On 20 December, an amount of R300 was paid into my account, via a "Pick N Pay Receipt". I do not know who paid this in or why.

On 21 December, the R300 was taken off my account TWICE. As a result, the month-end debit order deducted R300 more than what is required.

On 31 December, I called the Call Centre and the lady confirmed that the second R300 was erroneously deducted from my account. She promised that the R300 would be refunded to my bank account within 7 days.

14 days later, I am still waiting. I called the Call Centre again today. A second lady also confirmed that she could see the error and committed that the R300 would be returned. Then she spoke with her supervisor, who indicated that they first need to investigate. I was promised that they would call me within 60 minutes.

I am still waiting for the call!!! I will appreciate if DSTV would give back my money that was incorrectly taken from my bank account.
