SUSPENSE SERVICE DUE TO OLD CARD

DSTV suspended my service on a Sunday. Reason: they want to get rid of all the old cards starting with 000. W.T.F??? After more that 40 years, never skipped a payment, now this? Told them its a guesthouse, unacceptable for guests, they don't care at all. Must wait till Tuesday for an open shop? THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Guests wanted money back and booked out, it is Sunday, it is raining, DSTV has no mercy!!!
